Why The Camel?
A Symbol For The Alcoholic

Something To Think About:

The Camel each day goes twice to his knees,
He carries his load with the greatest of ease.
He goes through the day with his head held high,
Staying for that day completely dry.

We are not cured of alcoholism.
What we really have is a daily reprieve contingent on the
maintenance of our spiritual condition.
